Dog Beds

Please note, the dog beds are made to order. We will provide a refund or replacement for any manufacturer defects or incorrectly shipped items only. 

Please pay close attention to the fabric/color and size that you need. Our website includes detailed sizing, dimensions, and fabric/color descriptions to help you make your purchase decision. Please refer to the “Sizing Guide” within each product page for each design. 

If you have a concern with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase - sales@K9-Feline.com. Please include an explanation and specify product, along with images of the potential defect or issue.

All returns must be approved and include the RA Number provided. Return instructions will be provided with your RA#. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery. All returns must be approved and include the RA Number provided. Return instructions will be provided with your RA#.

Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to process your return and issue refund.

All Other Products

If you or your customer need to return an item, you must email us Sales@K9-Feline.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. 

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Include the Following with the Return:

  • Copy of the original invoice or packing slip
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Send to the address we provided you.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@K9-Feline.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
